Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Royal Pavitra Foods, we strive to ensure every product delivered meets the highest quality standards. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 7 days.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, expired, or faulty product.
- You receive a product different from what you ordered.
- The packaging is tampered with, opened, leaked, or damaged during delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- The item must be returned with original packaging and invoice.
- Brand seals and packaging must remain intact.
- Used or opened products are not eligible unless related to damage, leakage, defects, incorrect delivery, or tampered packaging.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:
- Empty package
- Missing items
- Damaged product
- Leakage
- Opened seal
- Packaging damage
- Incorrect product received
Claims without valid photo or video evidence may not be approved.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Order ID
- Product name
- Clear images/videos showing the issue
- Detailed description of the complaint
Our support team will verify the request before approving any refund or exchange.
5. Refund Process
- Approved prepaid order refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds may take an additional 7–14 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
- For COD orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details or cancelled cheque/passbook copy.
- COD refunds are processed within 5 working days after approval.
6. Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered product delivered by us.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds may have return shipping costs deducted where applicable.
- Exchange delivery timelines vary depending on location.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect products received
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
